2. Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of purchase.
Product descriptions and images are provided for reference. While we make every effort to display accurate information, minor variations may occur.
Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email.
For bulk or custom orders, pricing and availability will be confirmed separately via a formal quotation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through iKhokha. We do not store your payment card details.
Full payment is required before order processing and dispatch.
For quote-based orders, payment terms will be specified in the quotation.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and product availability.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect all goods upon receipt.
If goods arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage.

6. Returns and Refunds

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), you may return goods within 6 months of delivery if they are defective, unsafe, or not fit for purpose.
Goods returned must be in their original packaging and unused condition (unless defective).
To initiate a return, contact us at sales1@molawa.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 10 business days.
Custom or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. The returns policy applies.
We reserve the right to cancel orders and will notify you with a full refund if we do so.

8. Quotes

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Prices in quotations are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation.
Quotations do not constitute a binding agreement until accepted and confirmed by both parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Molawa Group (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

We supply products for industrial and commercial use. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their intended application.
Material Data Sheets (MDS) are provided for reference. Compliance with workplace safety regulations remains the responsibility of the buyer.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

11. B-BBEE Information

Molawa Group (Pty) Ltd is a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor, 100% black-owned with 60% woman shareholding. Procurement from us qualifies for 135% procurement recognition on your B-BBEE scorecard. A copy of our B-BBEE certificate is available upon request.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
